Purchase and Payment Policy
- Full payment is required upon confirmation of purchase.
- No amendment is allowed between order confirmation and delivery or collection.
- No cancellations: orders due for delivery or collection the next day, or those that have been prepared, cannot be cancelled.
- Goods sold and collected are not returnable or exchangeable.
Delivery and Collection Terms
- Ensure both your mobile number and the receiver's are reachable, as drivers may need to clarify the delivery address.
- Delivery may vary from your preferred time due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, full payment will be forfeited and goods will be disposed of if not collected within the agreed day.
Products Information and Care
- Products may contain allergens, non-edible, sharp-edged, and/or choking decorative components.
- Refer to the product label or baking card for storage temperature and handling instructions. Five Loaves Bakery will not be responsible for defects caused by customer mishandling or misuse.
- Packaging is subject to change while stocks last.
